This time of year we get tons of strawberries, and the pigs love them. In this load we got a fair number of lemons, that the pigs really don't like. They think they're too sour. But oddly enough, those are the main ingredients in strawberry sorbet:
Puree the strawberries, add lemon juice, sugar and zest to taste, and freeze.
The pigs would probably prefer sorbet, but they get their strawberries in the natural state.
