Thought about pastured pork?

I had a customer put a deposit down on a half a pig but then get transferred and not be able to take it.  I'd like to get him his deposit back, so if you'd like a half a pig and would like to help a serviceman out, give me a call.  206 940 4980.  You'd be buying his half a pastured pig.  Cost is $2.25/lb hanging weight, 100-110lb side, plus 1/2 of the farm kill fee ($30).   Cut and wrap is around $0.50/lb, and would be done by sylvana meats.
