    They had 21 employees and this isn't mentioned as a part of the costs?

    This has some parallels with Jimmy's Farm in the UK, and that one has a series on DVD you can watch and yell abusive comments at. [butchers shop, selling other folks' pigs, lots of employees, focus on marketing and image rather than production...]

    Thanks for sharing the postmortem. It answers questions that I had. I am looking forward to part two. This stuff is €€€.
