I had a customer put a deposit down on a half a pig but then get transferred and not be able to take it. Cost is $2.25/lb hanging weight, 100-110lb side, plus 1/2 of the farm kill fee ($30). Cut and wrap is around $0.50/lb, and would be done by sylvana meats.
